1. What Aktvator is

Aktvator is a performance-based marketplace that connects companies (called Sellers) with individuals (called Aktvators) who complete verified gigs, tasks, and campaigns. Companies create campaigns, publish gigs with rewards, and pay only for completed and verified work. Aktvators browse available gigs, do the work, submit proof, and earn when their submission is verified.

2. Who can use Aktvator

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the platform.

• Sellers — companies and organizations that want to create campaigns, post gigs, and pay for verified outcomes.
• Aktvators — individuals who want to find gigs, complete tasks, and earn from verified work.

3. Gigs, tasks, and campaigns

Sellers set the terms of each gig — including the task type, proof requirements, reward amount, and verification criteria. Aktvators agree to these terms when they apply for a gig. Aktvator is not a party to the gig agreement; it provides the platform on which the agreement operates.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their gigs comply with applicable law and do not require Aktvators to engage in deceptive, harmful, or illegal conduct.

4. Verification and payment

Sellers pay for gig completions only after submissions are verified according to the campaign's rules. Verification decisions are made by Sellers or by Aktvator's review process as configured per campaign. Rejected submissions are not paid.

Sellers must maintain sufficient funds in their campaign wallet to cover pending gig rewards. Aktvators receive earnings in their in-app wallet and may withdraw subject to the platform's withdrawal rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or misleading proof of task completion.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate any person or organization.
• Use the platform to facilitate illegal activities.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's verification or payment systems.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending rewards.

6. Disputes

If you believe a verification decision was incorrect, you may raise a dispute through the platform. Aktvator will review disputes and make a final determination. Aktvator's decision on disputes is final.

7. Intellectual property

All content submitted through the platform — including proof photos, videos, and documents — may be used by Aktvator for verification, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. You retain ownership of your content but grant Aktvator a license to use it for these purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

Aktvator provides the marketplace platform as-is. We do not guarantee any specific earnings for Aktvators or specific campaign outcomes for Sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aktvator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes where possible.
